Nikos Mikroulis was born in 1968 in Perama, Greece.
He is a self-taught artist and he deals with plastic arts systematically from an early age.
His trademark is the absolutely original combination of wood with cog-wheels and pinions, which at his last creations they are enriched with other artistic conceptions.
He lives with his family and works in Perama, having to his assets participations in numerous group exhibitions.
His works have been exhibited in galleries in Athens, Corfu and Nafplio, many have also been featured in television and film productions, while others are used by interior designers.
Distinctions 1st Prize of the Second Competition of Visual Arts in the Parnassus Literary Society 2013. In May 2013 the artist was awarded the 1st prize in the second competition of Fine Arts 2013, conducted by the Parnassos Literary Society.
During his retrospective, titled “Enigmatic Spacetime”, which took place in November 2013, an important part of his whole project was exposed publicly for the first time.
