ARTISTKostas Tobros
Kostas, creating whole worlds with multiple levels in each of his paintings. He creates both abstract and narrative paintings, but even in his narrative paintings the background is full of abstract forms taking on their own life and forming a vibrant kaleidoscope of images.
But he is also a very skilled sculptor and his sculptures and murals exude a raw power that captivates the viewer and dominates the space around them. He works with all kinds of materials, recycling old materials and incorporating everyday real-life objects into his works. He uses both acrylic and oil paints, as well as a wide variety of building materials he incorporates into his work to create very interesting effects.
Kostas Tobros is a talented Corfiot artist with a very wide scope of skills.
